A million things can happen between now and then. I was simply doubting that Agnew will be on the chopping block when it's time to trim the receiver room down due to his returner value. 

There's dozens of ways this could pan out with or without Agnew, I just have a gut feeling they try to keep him around.

I agree, I think Agnew is and should be a lock to make the 53. I'm just talking that there's a numbers game regardless.

Teams usually don't keep a guy around who's strictly just a designated return man only though. It's usually a back up WR, CB or RB who's farther down on the depth chart to save a roster spot.

So that's where I think the question comes down to, do you only carry 5 WR with Agnew being the 6th. Or do you heavy stack WR at 6, with keeping Agnew as the emergency 7th while giving up an extra roster spot else where. I think it's a real discussion that should definitely be taking place.
