You guys are looking for way too much out of this deal. The difference between #1 and #2 this year is not very much. Therefore, not very much will be offered. Likewise, since the difference between #1 and #2 is not very much this year, it won't take very much for the Jags to accept the deal.
So don't go ape when the Jags trade down for not very much in return. Because the #1 pick is not that great this year compared to past years. If I was the Jags, if Detroit offered the #2 and the #66, I would take it. Going from #1 to #2 is just not that big a deal this year. |
