All-Pro means first team all-NFL, which would mean he would have to be in the top-3 WRs in the league.  Does his contract match up with that?  No.  It does not.  He's only in the top-5 in cash received this year, and that's only because he just signed his contract and received a signing bonus.  

Christian Kirk's average per year for his contract is tied for ELEVENTH.

Sure. However, when he signed his deal, he was higher than 11th. Then DJ Moore, Adams, Hill, and Diggs got contract extensions (which we all knew would happen anyway). Then will come Chase, DK, Deebo, AJ Brown and McLaurin. So while Kirk is considered high now, it won't be top 15 for very long. I still think people expect him to perform like a lot of these guys because his salary is closer to the top guys.
