Thankfully he didn't need to tell anyone about it and really kept it to himself unless you wanted to bring it up. He had kids and an ex-wife and now a girlfriend but was calling themselves lesbians.


No one really cared but most people also didn't approve of it. Most people will tolerate you if you don't bother them but these people want your approval, acceptance, and praise for their struggles and choices. You have to approve and accept their choice so they feel validation and praise. It's mostly physiological, they are looking for acceptance and belonging with a group when they have been told and groomed to believe they don't fit in anywhere, are different, are now white and evil, etc. Then you say just become LBGTOPRURJFJ+ and everyone will love you, you will belong in this group.

And that's the difference between Drifter and the whiners. He's not pushing an agenda and he's not doing what I highlighted above.
