I knew one where I work. I think they even switched sometime recently before I worked with them for a bit. Let's just say that if you didn't know, you would probably have doubts. He was large but women at his size tend to look manlier though so it was passable as just ugly if you didn't look closely. Not as bad as the US health general or whatever title but similar to that.

Thankfully he didn't need to tell anyone about it and really kept it to himself unless you wanted to bring it up. He had kids and an ex-wife and now a girlfriend but was calling themselves lesbians.

I haven't followed the transgender "movement" that closely (though I believe it's more of a mental health than biological issue).  Are there recognized sub-classifications for post-transition sexual preferences?  Is a man-turned-woman who is attracted to men a "straight" trans, whereas attracted to females would be a "lesbian" trans?
