He's actually decent. Perhaps average or a little above average which is the worst sin to a fan base that expects every QB to be Manning or Brady. It's hard to explain to these folks that those guys are the *exceptions* and not the rule. I'd rather concentrate on creating a great team overall although I'd love to have one of those once in a generation guys myself.
