From 1996 until the realignment, the AFC Central was a bruiser of a division. We had 6 teams back in 1999. Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati Cleveland, Baltimore, and Tennessee. 

I agree that we should build our team to win the division.

Cleveland and Baltimore were the same team. They just moved. 

It started as

Pittsburgh Steelers
Houston Oilers (later became the titans)
Cleveland Browns (later became the ravens) 
Cincinnati Bengals
Jax Jags

(5 teams, not 6)

EDIT: I forgot the (new) browns were added to the AFCC from '99-01.
