I think the 5 & 7 scenario you bring up is the sort of package we might expect if there were a clear cut Franchise QB prospect or a Myles Garret type DE in this draft class.

Since there isn't (though I suspect Thibs might be the closest thing in the class to it), I would adjust my expectations of what a good trade down package might be.  But again, I think we keep the pick.

I just hope we get the pick-the entire draft for that matter-absolutely right.
