A couple of things that stuck out to me:

When asked about Ethan Waugh joining the front office, Baalke said he had seen the reports and it was news to him.  

When asked about trade interest, Baalke said that they have received no calls.  I understand that any trade offers aren't likely to come until right before the draft, so maybe it means nothing.  However, if I were a GM with a high interest in trading up, I would likely call just to get a ballpark of what Baalke might be asking.  It's a strange year.  Baalke says he is willing to trade down, but does that require a deal comparable to past years or as some suggested, would he be willing to trade down for a mere third rounder?  I'm not saying it won't happen, but after the press conference, I'm a little less optimistic that the Jaguars will trade down.
