It's not just about speed though. Yes, ideally they would be fast, but I teally wanna see good hands, consistency and solid route running. I can deal with a player who isn't as fast, as long as they create separation in other ways and can consistently catch the ball. Last season no one could get separation and they couldn't catch either. For the most part, those same receivers are still on the team. The new guy is gonna have to really step up.
