He just believes what Baalke tells him, because Khan really doesn't know football. I have a feeling he is more of a soccer fan. He just owns this team for the profits.

I also got to believe that Pederson also had to buy into the pick.  I can't see Khan and Baalke going against Pederson as the new head coach who has superbowl experience.  This is the Jaguars so anything is possible but they seem to want to do things right this time.
