I know. Different coaching staff. Just concerned this Franchise has a history of trying to get too cute too early with freak athletes.

For Walker. I want to see three things. I want it kept simple.

1st and 2nd downs? You're mopping up blockers and keeping your eyes on the running back. Not looking for pass rush. Not looking for guessing games. Maintain your lane.

This team got demolished in a few games last year on the ground. Only time he's pass rushing is in a 3rd and a country mile.

I don't want him dropping back in coverage or lining up at LE or RE and then off the edge at LB. You wanted a 3 - 4 end? You got him. So play him like one.

Agree. He supposedly has a very fast game speed processor and the quick twitch to act on it. Keep it simple, let him play fast and use those athletic skills the team so highly valued.
