Even though I like Walker I didn't want him at 1.  I would of said a C for that pick and then the trade up for the best LB in the draft without giving up our 3rds is the best draft trade in recent memory imo.  I give a B grade so far.

R1P1: TBD. Starting at a B-. As long as he's not the next Chiasson, that grade will likely only go up from here. I'm not nearly as hopeless as some around here about the pick, I honestly saw just as much possibility of mediocrity from Hutch. I don't think there was any "wow" pick that could have made this an instant A.

Trade: A+. Gave up a few late picks to move back into the first, I don't remember the last time we were so assertive. With as many picks as we had going into this weekend, I'm happier moving up to get solid players than filling the roster with a bunch of PS/Special teams fodder.

R1P27: A. An aggressive move to go get the LB they believe is the best fit for our D. Looks like we could have stayed put and taken him or Dean, but I like that we were decisive and went after the one we wanted most.
