I'm not a college football expert, but Walker, to me, looks like a slightly less terrible Taven. Really him crashing into a parked car a few weeks ago should have been enough to move them off of him. I don't think Hutchinson will be great, either, but I don't get paid millions to figure out who to pick. I expect the Jaguars to just not Jag it up, and of course they did.

There's reasons to criticize the Walker pick, but I don't see how the car accident is a big deal.  Car accidents are common.  No one was hurt and he didn't even receive a citation.  

As for Lloyd, you never know for sure, but it's highly unlikely he would have been there at 33.  I checked 10 different rankings of draft prospects.  The worst of the 10 had him as the 28th ranked prospect.  The average ranking was 18th with half having him in the top 15 players.  Many think New England at the next pick would have taken him.
