No. Im saying that they spent a ton of money on defense, used 3 of their first 4 picks on defense and spent even more draft picks on defense.

This better turn around fast and into an elite defense very quickly.

I think the offense will be very behind the D.

They'll be a lot better, but with so many new players, some of them rookies, it'll take time.  

Also, I don't know what you mean when you say, "They better..."  Usually, "They better..." is followed by, "...or..."  So, they better turn around fast, or what?

I think we will be a top 10 defense this year. I'm going to say 7 or 8 overall defense.

I'm going to say 10th to 12th.  So many new players, including quite a few rookies who've never played a down in the NFL.
