I know people are high on him doing stadium upgrades, but technically he could use his money spent on those things to create a net loss for the team's business and help him in breaking the lease.

 

I don't hope it's what's going on, but I know I certainly wouldn't buy a new season ticket before seeing what happens in the draft now.

He has said he likes the competition Henne brings to the locker room, in fact, he said thats why Henne was their #1 F/A target. There is nobody that would come in to this offense and play better than Henne in F/A. 

 

Yes, Khan can break the lease by showing he has lost money. However, only 2 teams in the history of the NFL have lost money during an NFL season, and teams generally will never open their books to the public whether they lost money, or not.

 

Why? The only reason teams have moved in the past is because of stadium issues. We just spent 63m on our stadium, along with 40m last year to upgrade some facilities. You're worrying for no reason at all.
