You're asking me if I would vote for an unstable criminal because I like his policies better than those of the other candidate.

On the other hand, if it's Trump versus Elizabeth Warren for example- unstable criminal versus socialist demagogue.  Then the choice is pretty difficult.

I guess to answer your question, I can see some scenarios where I would just sit out the election.

What specific behavior characteristics has Trump exhibited that led you to a mental diagnosis of "unstable"?  Narcissism sure, but isn't that common in Washington, Hollywood, professional sports, etc.?
Likewise, where is the proof of 'criminal" activities?  Is it more egregious than that of Hunter Biden or Hillary Clinton?

I wish every election offered us a choice between multiple, well-qualified candidates, dedicated to a common goal of uniting the country and serving the best interests of all.  Sadly, this is not the case, and occasionally the decision comes to a choice between the lesser of two evils.   Before you casually decide to sit out an election, please remember how many have died defending your freedom to cast that vote.

Is that a joke?
Trump tried to overturn the Constitution.
He forsaked his oath of office.
You're comparing that to some petty foreign bribery?
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
