Raiders make historic hire, name Sandra Douglass Morgan NFL's first Black female president

Morgan previously served as the chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board

The Las Vegas Raiders continue to break barriers in the NFL, hiring Sandra Douglass Morgan as the team's new president Thursday. Douglass Morgan will be the first Black female to hold the position of team president in NFL history. The Raiders announced Douglass Morgan as the team president in a press conference at Allegiant Stadium.
