He is pretty good throwing down the field, but his short passing, move the chains throwing is bad.

Quick, short, timing passes are your bread and butter in the NFL. His throws are 50/50 in those situations. Either too high, behind, too hard, or all 3.

15 yard pass for a TD and it is 5 feet over his head. I could do better with my eyes closed.

Trust the process. Was pretty evident he was getting streaky (good and bad) in that opener and for obvious reasons and for the fans who don't just stare at the QB on every snap. Not sure if I am the only person that does this but I am always looking at the LT & RT position and then the interior line before I move my eyes to the QB in passing situations. You can see how bad that play is going to be for them offensively right off the giddy up most of the time just by doing this out of habit. 

Most of the time I don't even look at the QB. I am looking at pass protection and route development whenever the camera has enough panned out for me to see. I think Pederson will look at the film and quickly help his QB out in this next contest at home. Shorten the routes, create more natural pick play opportunities (something Washington was doing quite a bit of by the way, look at the bunch formations they were running with Samuel & Dotson, almost criminal how easy it is in today's NFL).

Hopefully he realizes 15 carries is unacceptable with two competent runningbacks. Especially when they were looking pretty damn good. It's going to take some time. There's a learning curve, adjustment period and building of chemistry and trust to take place. However, they looked promising on week one. The numbers also look a lot better when you break everything down situationally and can attribute where the failures primarily rest.
