We shouldn't be asking you or I or they have a right or not. We all have any number of rights. But rights come with responsibilities and reasonable regulations. Facebook certainly has a right to operate their website as they choose, but the government has some limited power to regulate that. The court didn't find that "Facebook has no right" to delete or restrict or censor content. Rather, the judge found that Texas' regulation was reasonable as written. That finding could change depending on how things are enforced.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
