The first game of this year was not a good performance by TL.  Pretending otherwise undermines your effort to dance in the end zone and claim you won the Internet.

That being said, these last two games have been great.  The offensive play has been spectacularly called and TL has fit in really well.  He’s making quick decisions, he’s staying home when he’s supposed to stay home, he’s hitting the quick throws and making the defense respect him.  It’s all very good.  A little more of this and he’ll possibly start commanding play himself, using his talents to extend play unexpectedly and disrupt defensive prep against him.  We’ll see how it goes this year.

At this point he’s finally playing his role faithfully within the larger scheme and it’s going really well.  He develops judgement, skill and confidence and the coaches will be able to expand his role and the effectiveness of the offense as a result.  He looks good.  I hope he starts to look better and the Jags get really good.
