I must be uninformed. Williams and Summers were activated to the 53 while two were downgraded. I was under the impression that the COVID rules expired last season just like the seat relocations and having to wear masks within all NFL stadiums. If this is the case then Yes, I'm uninformed. I will check on that scenario. 

W/that being said/acknowledged, my true reasoning for this post is to point out that Chaisson Is Invisible as others have acknowledged. Do we need to Move On? I said the exact same thing about Myles Jack and we moved on. Whether we do or don't.

No, you have been and still remain very uninformed.  I never said that every single rule effective with COVID (masks mandates, etc.) were still in effect.  I said the practice squad rule effective during COVID allowing 2 players to be brought up to active roster without taking a spot is still effect.  That is 100% true.  If you don't believe me, see the link below.

If you are too lazy to read it, I refer you to the section called "Elevation".  It says in part:

"Starting in 2020, the league added a new rule for practice squad players, making them eligible to appear in a game without having to be signed to the active roster. Two practice squad players per week were allowed to be elevated to the active roster for game day, then reverted back to the practice squad immediately following the game."
