Sure, you named one, albeit one already on a higher, much higher level than Willie Young. Its "possible" Willie Young could, just as its possible my toaster might start shooting out $100 bills in the morning at breakfast, too. 

 

I'm arguing that Willie Young is nothing more than a cog. Its a "meh" signing. Period.
