You're comparing Mahomes, Allen, Jackson & Herbert to a guy that just notched his 22nd career start in the NFL. Which, his first 17 came at the expense of a piece of [BLEEP], lame duck coach that had no business being here to begin with. 

Mahomes walked into a perfect situation in Kansas City with Andy Reid. He didn't see his first real action until like week 15 or some [BLEEP] of his rookie year when Alex Smith was on his last few good games left in him. Jackson fell into Baltimore's laps. It's not like they didn't know what they were doing. I mean, they only had Ozzie [BLEEP] Newsome there forever building competent football teams and had already won a Superbowl without Lamar Jackson. 

For all the hype regarding Herbert? He's yet to take L.A into the play-off's and he's also been known to fold a little bit under pressure down the stretch. Right now he's no better than Philip Rivers was during his tenure in San Diego with the Chargers. Allen probably took the LONGEST to develop with his current passing traits as his first two years he was able to mask his accuracy issues by literally running his [BLEEP] off downfield and trucking defenders with his size. 

Point is. Give it time.

Same old arguments.... regardless of coaches, Lawrence hasnt shown a thing of being a top 10 QB in the NFL.

Even his best games are very mediocre, if you enjoy the Alex Smiths or Ryan Tannehills or even Derek Carrs of the world then by any means go right ahead and be satisified with game managers...

The thing about those types of QBs is you better have one hell of a roster to make it work or else your wasting time.
