Thats hitting the ground running. Alex Luck is another example.  Lamar Jackson is too. Russel Wilson is too.

If a QB is consistently getting coaches fired and were still having the same results, what does that really tell you?

Blaming coaches for a player success or lack of talent in the team is a lazy take. Because it goes both ways.

Right, right. Not being able to beat out over the hill starters or game managers for the starting job is "hitting the ground running." Then you pick the actual rare exceptions and some dude named Alex Luck and try to spike the ball. Just admit you said a dumb factually incorrect thing and move on.
