Lamar: 6 td 3 int 5 rush td - 7 games started, 6-1 record also in those games.

Yeah, I gave him Watson and Wilson. Luck is an outlier because of the quality roster he went to and even then he still didn't complete 60% that first year. Lamar didn't win the job and then got hurt. Watson didn't win the job and then got hurt. Lawrence, by far, went to the worst team with the worst coaching of any of these players listed. So yeah, his point that the "great ones hit the ground running" can't be considered accurate especially if you're comparing Day 1 starter Lawrence to guys who either did not play at all the first year or just played a few games. And I wasn't alive in the '60s kid, but unlike you two I actually understand football outside of my Madden collection.
