Sigh.  I never said drafting him was wrong.  I am saying that unfortunately it hasn’t worked out. And further, I’m saying he’ll be a career backup unless he turns it around big time by the end of next season.  And even further, I’m saying I highly doubt he’ll be able to turn it around.  I thought he may be benched by the mid point of this year and replaced by a tra :wallbash ded in journeyman QB, but he’s just hanging on well enough to avoid that.  He puts some more turds together like he did against Philly and Texas, though, and CJ will be taking the team.

I’d argue he’s done more than enough to win 3 times. Further, I put game 1 on the D. That was a big lead they let get away. By my count that’s 4/6 games in his second year with new coaches, new players etc. that he has not put the team in position to lose. 

Some people want him to win these games on his own and throw for 400 yards and 4 tds but then the same people cry about him making hero ball plays/mistakes. 

Is he the second coming of Joe Montana? No, not right now. Is he a bust and career backup? ? Hell no… not yet.
