As projects which is why they were NOT drafted number one overall (and even at 2 I think the jets reached on Wilson). 

All the draftniks and majority of scouts has Lawrence as a sure fire QB not a develop and see hence why he was pegged 1 overall. I’m not saying it’s necessarily fair. And I’m not calling him a bust. But it’s clear he may have been over drafted by being projected 1. Scouts miss it happens
