He’s a good fan.  His patience for the process is basically zero though.  Not likely to receive constructive discussion coming from that stand point.

I think the main issue is we’ve done the “process” lather rinse repeat the past twenty years. So saying “just be patient we promise this time it’s for real” is like a guy who asks a girl out, she stiffs him on a date, and promises she is interested and will show up next time, and still texts the guy. Except it happens again and again and he gets stuffed. Insanity is doing the same over and over again and….

I will concede the point that yes Pederson and Trevor can still potentially be what breaks the cycle. But it’s tough to ask fans to have patience when this is our fifth or sixth rebuild in 20 years. Fool me once. We’re not the say, the Steelers, who consistently are competitive year in and out then hit the inevitable rebuild year(s) and ask the fans to be patient.
