G37 is model above G35. Yes, I bought it used. I don't think I'll ever buy a car new. The sweet spot for cars is 25,000 to 35,000 miles. Based on my research, that was the best value. I believe mine had 34,000 miles and it was a lease.


As far as insurance goes, I don't know if we would be comparing apples to oranges. I'm a Realtor so I have to have higher insurance for every passenger in my car. My cost went down though from the BMW.


As far as what is too expensive for a car, really depends on your income. A $15,000 car for someone may cost the same percentage of income as a $30,000 car to others. It's relative to what you make.


Final note, if you want something that can handle close to BMW, G37 is where it is at. I can barely tell a difference and rated as the closest thing to BMW when it comes to handling plus it's quicker and has more horse power.
