The point is that players are gravitating towards Gus. This is a feeling we haven't ever had here. It's certainly something new, and something to watch, especially if it's something we can build on.

Yeah...I regret that closing statement. No one guy, no matter how good, would have put this team over the top.

But the larger point about being a difference maker/catalyst/game changer remains.

That said, I like the signings thus far. It is a step in the right direction.
