As much as this year is a bummer and not seeing a bigger jump from Trevor is alarming, this thing all boils down to next year. I know, I know, we hear that garbage all the time! BUT... This time I think we're on to something for real. This team, even with how bad we look at times, is in every damned game. Next year is the year we see if Trevor makes the Josh Allen year 3 QB leap and this team explodes, or we fall limp. This time around we have the coaches in place, and to a degree the talent in place to be a playoff team. It all comes down to the development of TL, if it were me personally, I would draft someone and have him take the QB2 spot and if TL stinks, try the new kid out... The team has talent and needs to utilize an effective QB on their rookie deal if they want to win now, this team has cap issues on the horizon so it's either next year or nothing if we roll with TL before we have to retool the roster.
