Let me put a different spin on this. Young teams need to learn how to lose. Fear of losing is one of the biggest boogiemen in sports. It causes you to focus on the wrong things and choke. Imo, Trevor's biggest problem is between the ears. He had a two good games, choked hard in Philly, and has look flustered and timid since then. When you've been on a winning team your whole life, you never really need to face your shortcomings. Trevor is finally feeling real pressure... not to win a game, but if he's going to be a failure or not.

He has to find a way to get that monkey of his back and just play football. Sometimes that takes a few years. He definitely doesn't have "it" right now.
