Week 1 - Average - Sure, or slightly below average.
Week 2 - Good - Yes

Week 6 - Good - Sorry, but I'd say this was average. It was efficient even. 
Week 7 - Average - Wrong, this was average. Almost a 50% completion percentage and only hit 300+ yards because he threw it 43 times.
Week 8 - Bad - Yes

This guy was drafted to be our franchise quarterback of the next 15 years. You guys want him to be that so badly that you're considering average games to be good, and games where he had 51% completion to be average. Blame the defense as much as you want, but at least give him some of the blame.

He definitely gets some blame. I haven't hesitated to call him out on some of his stupid [BLEEP] throws/decisions, but his play isn't the biggest concern right now(next year around this time is a different story). I'm more concerned about the amount of resources this team put into the Defense and how it hasn't shown up. Too much money and draft picks on the field that aren't showing up.

Thats showing regression and not good.  Look at the last 5 games.  or you can even look at the last 3.  It goes for good, to average, to bad.  Thats not what you want to see out of your 2nd year QB.  mid season the arrow should be pointing up not down.  I hope he can figure it out because if not this franchise is in trouble.

It shows up and downs for a young QB on a team that isn't good and loves finding new ways to lose games. If he strings along another couple of bad games in a row these next few weeks then it can be considered regressing.

I don't expect a QB who just turned 23 years old to be perfect, or have good games every week. There's still dudes playing College ball that are older than he is. He's going to have bad games, they all do.
