I'm not expecting Trevor to come out and throw for 300 yards with 3 TDs every game. I'm just tired of his careless mistakes, bad reads, and lack of touch. Having an outside receiver that can get open deep doesn't mean [BLEEP] when Trevor can't even accurately place the ball down there.

Because the defense is to blame in multiple games where we had the lead late in the 4th quarter.... If the defense didn't blow leads Trevor wouldn't have to march down the field with less than 2 minutes to try to score a touchdown.... I said in other posts I only know a few quarterbacks that can march down the field with a minute left with no timeouts and score touchdown.... And even they can't do it all the time.... And they sure the hell didn't do it at the beginning of their careers.... I'm saying Trevor shouldn't be put in that situation... he runs the offense right? The team goes down and scores to take the lead with two minutes left in the game whether it's ETN that ran the whole time or it's Trevor who threw the ball the whole time doesn't matter.... The offense went down and scored to take the lead in the fourth quarter.... And the defense blew it... So like I said when the offense goes down and scores it's not because of Trevor it's because the ETN....but if the offense doesn't score it's because of Trevor.... You can't have it both ways

How many points is the defense giving up per game? What are their rankings?

Sure they are giving up leads late but let's no forget that they have kept the offense in the lead for most of the game. The TOP is usually stacked against them.

The offense isn't scoring enough and disappears every week around the same point. The QB makes a lot of people better on both sides of the ball. If the Jags won't disappear after the scripted plays, then maybe the defense wouldn't have to play the rest of the game without a break.

There are issues on both sides of the ball but the biggest and most important is the QB. He is mentally broken and that can't easily be repaired. Generally you have it or you don't. He hasn't lost much and him being the fault hasn't really happened until he got into the NFL. Unless the bye week helps him, he may play himself to a spot on the bench and a seat behind the next #1 QB drafted for the Jags.
