Fins drafted Waddle and then said "We need more" and trade for Hill.
Eagles drafted Devonta and then said "We need more" and trade for AJB.
Cards traded for Hopkins and said "We need more" so they trade for Hollywood.

This isn't the only problem on the season but I do think it's the biggest. They are making life harder for their young QB rather than making it easier.

We also signed Kirk and got Engram and got a All Pro guard. George Pickins has 29 more yards than Zay Jones.  It's not like this team did nothing to help Trev.  Zay and MJJ didn't make Trev throw that pick on the 1 yard line, or throw the pick right to Stingley in the endzone.  There has been a bunch of plays where Trevor don't even see a guy wid open and I'm not even going to bring up the misses or over throws.  With all that said you could use an upgrade at most positions.  We needsome stars and game changers at almost every position.  Etieene looks like one and Campbell looks like he is almost right there.  Almost every other position we need star regardless of position

Pickens would make this WR room better immediately.

And I didn't put all the blame on not having a legit outside receiver. The defense (which had almost all the draft capital and money added to it) can't rush the passer when they need to. Trevor makes bad interceptions (especially at the goal line) at some bad times but they didn't do enough at the WR room this off season. They thought they were fine and it's coming back to bite them in the butt.

It's disappointing when you watch how aggressive other teams are at getting their young QBs weapons and the Jags are content with Zay Jones.
