He's not holding a bottle he just has is hands up dancing.  I dont know whether he was drinking/drunk or not but I'm sure not going to believe some drunken party chick that he was drunk and drove home.  If you read the tweets it sounds like she is on a crusade to get attention. 

 

That said I just assume Blackmon's days are numbered.
