Awesome video explains a lot... Also kind of touches on why Peterson is doing what he's doing on the pass/run situation... Peterson saying that this wasn't going to be a quick fix which we all heard when he said it but some have since forgotten... And how this team didn't know how to watch film or even practice when he came in.... This is going to be a pass first team and the team has got to learn how to do it and it's not going to happen overnight...

So there's going to be a lot of ups and downs taking punches and a lot of fails but how else are you going to learn... Like Doug said It's got to be coached... the right players have to be put in place and it's not going to happen overnight
