Shad doesn't care about winning he just cares about the bragging rights of owning an NFL team. I think the owners knew as much which is why they didn't want him buying the Rams.

I dunno, I think the dude would honestly like to win. He knows it helps sell tix. He just doesn't seem to be able to put together an organization that can do it.
