The owner believes in his hires and only does things after it hits embarrassment. He is being dragged around by the people he hires.

He blew the extra Ramsey picks by stubbornness and allow Caldwell to make the picks. This was after Caldwell couldn't secure or retain players.

He blew the Baalke thing.

Doug may be able to work things out but this train wreck is set in big time.

Us fans lose at every poor turn. The owner sucks and will probably move the team eventually.
