His confidence was definitely up today, especially the second half. I don't know what Doug said to the team at halftime, but their level of play changed dramatically. The crowd played into it as well. Lots of Raider fans there and they were even starting chants of "Let's go Raiders" while the Jags fans were subdued because they looked like the same old stuff in the first half. Once they made a few good plays in the second half, the crowd really started to support them, and the Raiders fans became the Faiders.

Yeah the crowd really came through on the TV. Was a bit worried first half when the boos started but by the 4th Q it was LOUD! So great to hear it like that. 

It seemed those 10 points before the half and the 7 to open the 3rd just gave them life. D started to get stops and quiet Adams and Oakland just couldn't do anything. 

Nice to hear it sound like a proper home game but I guess that happens when you give fans something to cheer
