Agreed, they were opportunistic with TO's, and scored a lot, but not what I would call 'tough'.  Played a lot of weak offenses that year, particularly the Browns, Texans, Bengals and the pre-Jackson Ravens.  Got worked by the 9ers and Jimmy G as I recall.  And the Rams.

Exactly. They needed Bortles to bail them out against Pittsburgh in the playoffs when they let the Steelers do whatever they wanted.
