You know... there isn't a single person on this board that wouldn't feel cheated if they were in the exact same position as Kari Lake. If you can't look at that situation and recognize that something is seriously broken, that speaks to your own cognitive bias or ability. Yet, not enough people are willing to speak out about it, because they are afraid of being called an election denier. It's all rhetoric. People like you are just a tool to keep them in line. I would feel cheated if I was her.  It's not hard to make me feel frustrated. I would feel very frustrated.  But just because a person feels a certain way doesn't mean he or she has a point about anything.

If we think this situation is unacceptable, nothing can be done now.  Kari Lake agreed to play the game under these rules.  You don't change the rules in the middle of the game.  

Like Marty suggested, we could make a rule that a state's SoS can't run for office while in office, and that would prevent this from happening again, but it would not solve this particular case.  And it would be pretty ridiculous,  as Marty said.
