Change for the sake of change may not be for the best. I don't know if the failings are scheme-oriented or talent-based, but I am not going to call for his head until we have an idea what we may be able to replace him with.

Mahomes might be the best QB we face all year. We managed 3 turnovers against them, but need to convert TO to more points than we did.

If Allen is just not a wily pass rusher, the DC can draw up the most prolific schemes imaginable, won't matter a hill of beans if the OLB are getting swallowed up by their blocker. Walker is in the same boat, but the expectation is far less for the rook to be the one carrying the pass rush.
