Leon Searcy on 1010 talking about Josh Allen and somewhat about Walker. He says there seems to be a lack of motivation. They just lock onto an O lineman like Velcro until the play is done. There is no wiggle or attempt to make a bigger, less agile opponent work for the block.

This is what perennial losing does to good players. There is no motivation after a few games of giving your all only to walk away with the L time after time after time. This is why we see so many players leave here and shine elsewhere.

Something needs to give soon. It would start with back to back wins and then build from there. Otherwise this franchise is going to gain a worse reputation than it has already. Maybe to the point free agents will turn down the money. Hell, the Jags laid out record setting money this season and still can’t win. Why would any others want to come here? They’re competitive people by nature, money doesn’t always talk the loudest.
