Wilson has some good weapons around him.  Garrett Wilson,Breece Hall, Corey Davis, Elijah Moore is a talented young group.  There's not much reason for Zach Wilson to struggle as much as he has.  Yes, he's still quite young...and that's usually a factor, but he's got help on the roster.  It's not as if the team was guilty of neglect.  Wilson even had the "luxury" of playing in the same offensive scheme for two years in a row. 

Trevor Lawrence had one of the worst head coaches in NFL history in his rookie year.  He had very little surrounding talent his rookie year compared to ZW. 

Your observation about QB character and maturity is especially true in Wilson's case considering he's in Mew York and as it stands nw, he's got a team good enough to contend.
