It's hard to watch the two and know that Wilson is actually 2 months older than Trevor. It's a night and day difference between their maturity levels

Not only from a character/maturity perspective, but from a player development perspective.  As I recall, Zach Wilson had one full year as a starter in college.  Trevor Lawrence had three years as a starter at Clemson.  If there is a successful emphasis on offense by the Jaguars this coming offseason, the difference between Trevor  Lawrence and Zach Wilson will be undeniable.
