Then you get Ridley in the mix. Which should only help. We also get another draft class to build into this offense. Would like to see Engram resigned but if he's not coming back maybe we can land Zach Ertz on a cheaper one year deal than Engram had this year and draft a solid player or two to develop. Mayer, Kincaid, Kuntz and LaPorta are all ideal.

Resigning Engram to a reasonable contract or picking up Ertz as a stop gap for a year sounds good. Wondering how much Robert Tonyan might ask for?

The front office hasn’t prioritized the TE position over the years. This will need to change with Pederson. I’m thinking adding a TE in the 2nd or maybe the 3rd at the latest. I wouldn’t hesitate to grab one in the top of the 2nd depending on who might be available.

Would like to see them trade up for Mayer in RD1 or even take him on the opening night of the draft in the event Jalen Carter, Kelee Ringo and Quentin Johnston are off the board. He'll end up being a productive TE in the NFL. For sure. 

Next best bet would be guys like Kincaid and LaPorta. Kuntz out of Old Dominion is solid late RD option. Probably there in RD4 but he's similar to an Austin Bryant / Adam Trautman type prospect. Good player to have developing on the roster that can do some of these screen plays Arnold has done this year in limited fashion.
