I have no issues with Doug going for 2. Theyre 3-7 going into the game playing a playoff caliber team. Your young QB went downfield and showed he could do it. Go for OT or the win? This game should have done great things for TL and his confidence/whatever. I know watching that 2pt conversion, I wanted them to convert, but if they didn’t, I knew this team was on the right track. They pulled it off. Kudos to TL, Pederson and the rest of the team. There was a goal line situation earlier and the game thread [BLEEP] about the same ole plays. I could be wrong, but I like to think at 3-7 Doug called a similar play just so TL can learn and throw the ball away and take the three. I could be wrong, but would have been a great learning experience either way.
