Keep in mind Zay also missed a game this year with an ankle injury and that also may have slowed him down a bit here and there. This receiving core is probably the best we've had in years. I mean that. Christian, Zay and Marvin are a great trio. Then you sprinkle in Jamal here and there.

It'll be exciting to see Ridley here next year. I would like to see Marvin back, just because of the veteran presence and the obvious connection and comfort Trevor has with going to him in those "gotta have it" moments. If not, they have a pretty good WR class to look at for next year's draft. 

Quentin Johnston, AT Perry, Dontay Demus Jr., Jake Bobo just to name a few.

I agree with you.  This WR corps is the best we've had since the Allen Brothers.  And honestly, I think this group is way better than Robinson and Hurns.  And I loved those 2 dudes.  

I'm not sure if it's because of the QB (it probably is), but Zay, Marvin, Christian, and Agnew (when he's asked to do it) all come up with catches on a consistent basis.  Drops are normal.  They happen.  But dudes, we used to see 5 or 6 easy passes dropped every game, even in that magical run with Bortles.

But this receivers group, they are more reliable than I've seen in any Jaguar squad.  If at all possible, you'd like to keep this group.  Drop the over paid TE's and maybe look at a TE in the draft.  

You gotta remember that Ridley is coming on board next year too.  It's gonna suck, but we'll probably have to drop one WR in 2024.  But that's 2 years out. 

As Bob would say, let's just turn off our minds and enjoy the thrill of the build.
